As part of the rebranding project for 123 Flowers, I designed a visually engaging Instagram Story series focused on educating customers about simple flower care tips. The aim was to extend the brand's tone of warmth, simplicity, and everyday beauty into its digital content.

Incorporated motion-friendly layout and concise text for fast, easy consumption.
Highlighted practical tips (e.g., “Change with fresh water every 1–2 days”) to increase user engagement and promote post-purchase care.
Impact:
This content series helped build brand trust and encouraged customers to interact more deeply with 123 Flowers on social media, reinforcing the brand as a thoughtful and customer-centric floral service.
